NZSMS Ltd have supported the AIA, CAANZ and GAPAN in helping compile, design the Symposium Programme - its topics, workshops and keynote Speakers.

You will see a mixture of inspirational messages, some pragamatic approaches to SMS and finally an opportunity to get involved in articulating what SMS is to you.

We have continued our theme `What might SMS look like ......' and have also included: Fatigue Risk Management (FRMS), Threat & Error Management (TEM), Flight Data Analysis (or FOQA) and HSE as feeders.

Dr Rob Lee again mentors us and Peter Cromarty gives a view from the Australian experience - as our NZ `nationwide SMS' must integrate with others on an International front.

We trust you will go away from the Conference inspired, better equipped and having helped someone else - a better person for the encouragement of SMS in NZ.
